* now i know how to make a Hakka chicken glutinous rice wine ( 客家鸡酒 )

today i go to buy a bowl of chicken soup.
then add some glutinous rice wine, sugar n some ginger, cook it for a while. just done....:-)

i had enjoyed it which my uncle cooked at Fresno, Ca last time we visited.
