i have a dream to own a rooftop swimming pool.....:-)
i think, it's a good idea.
#1 save place.
#2 save power, u can get warm water from sun...... when on summer season, u can get cool cos water on ur top.
#3 if some where is burned in the building , u can draw water off easy to put out a fire.
